1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Authority Radar provides a SaaS platform for monitoring AI and SEO visibility, tracking mentions across AI assistants, analyzing prompts and answers, and managing link-building campaigns. The Service includes, but is not limited to, web-based applications, dashboards, APIs, and related documentation.

3. User Accounts

By creating an account, you confirm that you are above the age of 18 and that all information provided is accurate and current. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

The Service is billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). Some features operate on a credit-based system, where credits are purchased and consumed as used. All prices are subject to change upon 30 days' notice from us.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our Service, subscription fees and credits are non-refundable. Credits consumed for AI monitoring incur immediate, unrecoverable costs. If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact our support team within 30 days of the charge.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and all original content, features, and functionality are and shall remain the exclusive property of Authority Radar and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Unauthorized use of our trademarks or branding is strictly prohibited.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. By inputting data, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and display such data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

Authority Radar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to the new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
