1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Authority Radar provides a SaaS platform for monitoring AI and SEO visibility, tracking mentions across AI assistants, analyzing prompts and answers, and managing link-building campaigns. The Service includes, but is not limited to, web-based applications, dashboards, APIs, and related documentation.

3. User Accounts

By creating an account, you confirm that you are above the age of 18 and that all information provided is accurate and current. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Connected Third Party Accounts and Integrations

You choose to connect Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Bing Webmaster Tools to Authority Radar, and you can disconnect any of them at any time.

By connecting a property, you represent that you have the right and authority to connect it (you are the owner, or you have the owner's permission), and that connecting it complies with the laws and privacy notices that apply to your own website visitors.

Authority Radar accesses these services read only. We do not change, write to, or delete anything in your Google or Bing accounts.

Our use of Google data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and to Google's and Microsoft's own terms. See the Limited Use Disclosure in our Privacy Policy.

Authority Radar is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or Microsoft. Google, Google Analytics, and Search Console are trademarks of Google LLC. Bing is a trademark of Microsoft.

5. Data Accuracy and Availability

• Reports depend on data returned by third party APIs. Google Analytics 4 may apply data thresholding, sampling, or processing delays, and recent days can be revised for up to 2 to 3 days.
• Bing data begins on the connection date.
• AI referral figures are a lower bound. Authority Radar can only attribute visits where the source is identifiable, and some AI driven clicks (for example from Google AI Overviews or AI Mode) are reported by Google as Organic Search.
• Third party API limits, outages, quota changes, or revoked access can interrupt syncing.

Data is provided "as is" for informational purposes. Correlation shown between AI visibility and traffic does not prove causation.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not connect properties you do not control, and you must not use the integrations to collect data in violation of applicable law.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle Google user data, including Limited Use commitments.

8. Subscriptions and Payment

The Service is billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). Some features operate on a credit-based system, where credits are purchased and consumed as used. All prices are subject to change upon 30 days' notice from us.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our Service, subscription fees and credits are non-refundable. Credits consumed for AI monitoring incur immediate, unrecoverable costs. If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact our support team within 30 days of the charge.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and all original content, features, and functionality are and shall remain the exclusive property of Authority Radar and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Unauthorized use of our trademarks or branding is strictly prohibited.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. By inputting data, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and display such data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

11. Termination, Disconnection and Data Deletion

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

You can disconnect any integration or delete a project at any time. Deletion then follows the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.

Revoking access in Google or Microsoft ends our access to that service.

Authority Radar may suspend or disconnect an integration that violates these Terms or the API provider policies.

When a subscription ends, syncing stops immediately from the next day and all Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Bing Webmaster Tools data is deleted within 7 days. See the Privacy Policy for details.

12. Limitation of Liability

Authority Radar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.

Reports are provided for informational purposes. Decisions you make based on reported traffic or analytics numbers are your responsibility.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. Authority Radar, India is the contracting entity for the Service.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to the new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
